Funnels leak when users lose interest or encounter friction. To spot where that happens, use CRO tools like Google Analytics 4 to visualize the user journey. Look for sudden drop-offs between steps, like lots of people visiting your pricing page but not signing up. Once you find a leak, find the cause. Is your offer unclear? Is the signup form too long? Are people leaving because of trust issues? Test one change at a time so you know what’s making the difference. Fixes might include rewriting copy, improving page design, or changing how and when CTAs are shown. Keep testing until the leak slows or stops.
