A successful Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy has 4 core components: data (to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities and friction points), research (marketing and technological trends, shifts in the industry, feedback collection), A/B testing (to continuously test variation and see what works best), and physiological triggers ( design, content, CTAs, social proofs) etc. Now, all 4 core components must work together continuously and in alignment for a CRO strategy to work out and bring in conversion. Even if one single pillar underperforms or is not optimized, the other 3 may not yield optimal results. A holistic approach is paramount to balance out all elements and achieve higher click-through rates (CTRs) and conversions.
