Soon, brands will be able to generate, test, and publish visual assets directly from their product databases. Tools will grow to better interpret brand style rules, automatically create seasonal or audience-specific visuals, and even recommend design updates based on conversion data. We’re also likely to see native AI tools baked into Shopify’s backend, which will allow product imagery to change in real-time based on browsing behavior or purchase patterns. Over time, this will make visual merchandising faster, more dynamic, and more personalized than ever.
